Automatic feeding machine sensor failure
Automatic feeding machine is a commonly used equipment for material conveying, loading and unloading, which can automatically complete the feeding, measuring, mixing and conveying of materials, etc. However, in the normal use of the process, a variety of failures may occur, including sensor failure.
Sensor is an important part in automatic loading machine, it is usually used to detect the position, weight, colour, shape and other attributes of the material, so as to control the feeding and conveying of the material, if the sensor malfunction, it may lead to the loss of control of automatic loading machine, or even accidents.
There may be many reasons for sensor failure, the following are some possible reasons and solutions:
1. Damaged or aging sensor, this may be one of the most common reasons, if the sensor is damaged or aging, it may cause the signal can not be transmitted normally, thus affecting the normal operation of the automatic feeding machine, the solution is to replace the sensor.
2. Connection failure between the inductor and the control system, which may be caused by loose connectors, poor contact and other reasons, the solution is to check and reconnect the connectors.
3. Incorrect sensitivity setting of the sensor, if the sensitivity setting of the sensor is too high or too low, it may lead to misjudgment or omission, the solution is to adjust the sensitivity setting according to the actual situation.
4. Environmental interference, if the environment around the automatic loading machine there are strong light, electromagnetic interference and other factors, may affect the normal work of the sensor, the solution is to change the environment or use anti-interference measures.
Automatic feeding machine sensor failure is one of the common faults of automatic feeding machine, need to diagnose and solve in time. In order to avoid the occurrence of failures, we can regularly check the working status of the inductor, strengthen the maintenance and repair, so as to improve the stability and safety of the automatic feeding machine.
