The working principle of the central feeding system is to choose the vacuum conveying method, and then through the collector system will be transported from the material storage tank to the intermediate dehumidification and drying system, and then through the collector system will be sent to the material to the injection moulding machine. It is possible to use the dehumidification and drying to send cycle after the conveying pipe to tidy up, to ensure that there is no residual granular material in the pipe, in order to prevent the material back to the moisture at the same time, but also to ensure the universality of the material of the injection moulding machine. Using vacuum negative pressure effect, the dust in the material will be filtered out through the dust filtration system to ensure that the whole system of air conveying materials, which is conducive to improving the quality of moulded goods. 1. Before starting, you should manually rotate the transmission wheel one or two times. Confirm that the movement is flexible, you can start the operation of the central feeding system.
2. Pay attention to the temperature of the bearings during operation, ensure that the bearings are well lubricated, and pay attention to whether there are abnormal sounds and vibrations. When abnormal situation is found, check whether the first gear is stuck by unbreakable objects or the central feeding system is damaged.
3. Check whether the particle size of the crushed product meets the requirements. If there are too many particles larger than the specified size, find out the reasons, such as screen mesh clearance is too large, the discharge opening is too wide, the hammer head is worn out and so on.
4. Plastic central feeding system products should be kept evenly fed to prevent overloading. Strictly prohibit metal, wood and other non-breakable items into the machine. When crushing, the water supply should not be too high; when wet crushing, an appropriate amount of water should be added to prevent insufficient flushing to cause clogging and reduce production capacity.
5. Wearable parts should be replaced or repaired in time.
6. The safety device of the central feeding system should be kept in good condition, and it is important not to save trouble and make the safety device fail.
7. When the central feeding system stops, it should check whether the fastening bolts are firm and the degree of wear and tear of wearing parts. If you pay more attention in daily use, you can make the central feeding system more durable and bring benefits to the enterprise.
